I know that when most of us walk into a business we have mixed emotions. We feel that we arrived looking for a product. But the truth is that we also are looking for someone who can help us make the right decisions. Someone who will help us find what we want rather than try to talk us into what they want to sell us. We are looking for someone
who will listen.
My name is Chuck Ritter. I am the owner of Kitchen, Bath and Closets. I am also great listener. I don't believe in sales pitches or games. Instead, I believe it is my job to help you find exactly what you want in quality, design and colors, within your budget. I also believe that you should have the option to relax in the comfort of your own
home while you are looking at options and making choices. Yes, I have showrooms. Two of them. But I find for some people, nothing is more enjoyable than sitting around the dinner table or being in the living room while looking at samples, pictures and artists' renditions. So I like to give you all the options on when, where and how by saying I will meet you pretty
much anywhere in the local area at a time and place that is convenient for you. This includes evenings and weekends.
About me... I believe that there are several factors that set both me and my company apart from the competition. These factors include that I give personal attention to you, the client. I always answer your calls and emails in a timely fashion. I always do exactly what I promised you I would do. I provide nicely detailed drawings and CAD drawings
on all projects. I don't sugar-coat anything. I don't believe in creating false expectations. Basically, my goal is to take the drama out of cabinetry.
Referrals... 90 percent of my business comes from referrals. I would be happy to show you all my referrals. Most of all, I will do everything possible to make your remodeling project a pleasure so I can earn your referrals in the future. That is the best compliment you can give me.
My staff includes a designer, a CAD expert and several installers who will work with me to create the kitchen, bath or closet of your dreams.
